Our Pinzgauer cattle are raised here on our farm, never treated with antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines, and are lovingly cared for...just as God intended it. Pinzgauer is by far the best cattle for tender, juicy, grass fed/finished beef.
They have a stress-free life grazing to beautiful new pastures every single day as we rotationally graze them.
Over winter they have an open barn for shelter when cold with deep straw bedding, but the door is always open for them to come in and out of the barn as they please. They are never confined in stantions or close-quarter lots. They are fed this natural grass mixture in hay in winter- the same nutritious and natural grasses they grazed on during the spring, summer, and fall months, ensuring only the best natural nutrition throughout their entire life. 
Our meat is tender and juicy, and you can absolutely taste the quality difference. When an animal is stressed, those stressors show in the meat. That is why we believe that you CAN indeed taste happiness!
